Meet the Coaches
Monday, August 16
6 pm — Auditorium
Parents, please come and join us Monday, August 16th for Meet the Coaches.
At this meeting, you will:
- learn about each of our programs.
- be able to ask any questions you may have regarding your
_______ student’s participation in a sport.
- learn what expectations will be placed upon your athlete.
- be able to sign up to volunteer in the concessions stand.
- begin to build a strong relationship with your athlete’s coach, _______ ________the Office of Student Activities, and the Athletic Trainers.
It’s our goal, and it is strongly encouraged, that every student is represented.

1st Cross Country Practice

JV and Varsity (Boys and Girls) - Grades 9-12; Head Coach: Ed Geraty
Practice starts on Tuesday, August 3rd from 7:30AM until 9:30AM. Meet in the senior parking lot dressed to run with running shoes, running watch and a water bottle. All interested athletes are required to have a current VHSL Physical accurately completed, emergency care card, and other team forms with them on the first day of practice. Contact ed.geraty@fcps.edu as soon as possible to be added to the contact list and to get your summer training schedule.
