2010-2011 MEMBERSHIP FORM HAS BEEN POSTED
The form for joining the Hayfield Athletic Booster Club for the 2010-2011 school year has been posted. This is also the form to use for purchasing season passes to regular season home games for all sports. To locate the form click on the booster tab at the top of the page, then under the files tab you will find the memebership application.
